ملخّص: تطبيق "القرآن الكريم" من برمجلي لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية، لا يتتبّع المستخدم، ولا يشارك أي معلومات مع أطراف ثالثة. كل بياناتك (المحفوظات، السجل، الإعدادات) تبقى على جهازك فقط.

2. ما لا يجمعه التطبيق
تطبيق القرآن الكريم لا يجمع أيًا من البيانات التالية:
- اسمك أو معلوماتك الشخصية
- عنوان البريد الإلكتروني
- رقم الهاتف
- الموقع الجغرافي
- الصور أو ملفات الوسائط
- قائمة الاتصال أو السجلات
- سجل التصفّح
- معرّفات الإعلانات أو التتبّع
- أي معلومات صحيّة أو ماليّة
3. البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك (محليًا فقط)
لتعمل ميزات التطبيق، يحفظ الآتي على جهازك فقط ولا يُنقل إلى أي خادم:
- المحفوظات (Bookmarks): الآيات التي تحفظها وأي ملاحظات تكتبها عليها
- سجل القراءة: آخر مواضع القراءة في السور
- الإعدادات: الثيم، حجم الخط، اللغة المفضّلة، الترجمة المختارة، القارئ المختار
- الموارد المُحمَّلة: الترجمات والتفاسير والتلاوات الإضافية إن قمت بتنزيلها
عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق، تُحذف كل هذه البيانات تلقائيًا.
4. الأذونات المستخدمة
- الإنترنت (INTERNET): لتحميل ترجمات أو تلاوات إضافية إذا اخترت ذلك. التطبيق يعمل دون إنترنت بعد التثبيت لأن القرآن الكامل بصوت السديس مُضمَّن داخله.
- الإشعارات (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): اختياري — فقط إذا فعّلت تذكير "آية اليوم". يمكنك إلغاؤه في أي وقت من إعدادات النظام.
- الإيقاظ (WAKE_LOCK): لاستمرار تشغيل التلاوة في الخلفية أثناء القراءة.
- المنبّهات (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): لتسليم تذكير الآية اليومية في وقتها بدقّة.
التطبيق لا يطلب أي أذونات تمسّ خصوصيتك (الموقع، الكاميرا، الميكروفون، الاتصالات، الصور، إلخ).
5. الاتصالات بالشبكة
عند استخدام ميزات تتطلّب الإنترنت، يتّصل التطبيق بهذه الخوادم العامّة:
quran.khaledahmed.net — خادم برمجلي لتحميل الترجمات والتفاسير. لا يجمع أي معلومات عنك.api.quran.com — مصدر عام لنصوص القرآن (مفتوح المصدر).download.quranicaudio.com — لتحميل تلاوات إضافية اختيارية.raw.githubusercontent.com — لتحميل ملفات توقيت التلاوات.
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة بـHTTPS. لا يُرسل التطبيق أي معرّف شخصي معها.
6. الإعلانات والتتبّع
التطبيق لا يحوي أي إعلانات، لا يستخدم أي مكتبات تتبّع (مثل Firebase Analytics، Google Analytics، Facebook SDK، إلخ)، ولا يستخدم أي معرّف إعلاني.
7. الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار. لا نجمع عمدًا أي بيانات من أي مستخدم بمن فيهم الأطفال دون 13 سنة، ونلتزم بـقانون COPPA الأمريكي بحكم عدم جمع أي بيانات أصلًا.
8. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة
لا نشارك أي بيانات مع أي طرف ثالث لأنّنا لا نجمع بيانات في الأساس.
9. حقوقك
بما أن جميع بياناتك على جهازك فقط، يمكنك:
- حذفها مباشرةً من إعدادات التطبيق (Storage cleanup) أو بإلغاء التثبيت
- تصدير محفوظاتك كملف JSON من خلال (Settings → Export & Import)
10. تحديثات هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه الصفحة من وقت لآخر. التحديثات الجوهرية ستظهر مع تاريخ التحديث في أعلى الصفحة. استخدامك المستمرّ للتطبيق يعني موافقتك على السياسة المُحدَّثة.

- Photos or media files
- Contact list or call logs
- Browsing history
- Advertising or tracking identifiers
- Any health or financial information
3. Data stored on your device (locally only)
The following is stored on your device only and never transmitted:
- Bookmarks: Verses you save and any notes you write on them
- Reading history: Last reading positions in surahs
- Settings: Theme, font size, preferred language, selected translation, selected reciter
- Downloaded resources: Additional translations, tafsirs, and recitations if you choose to download them
When you uninstall the app, all this data is automatically deleted.
4. Permissions used
- INTERNET: To download additional translations or recitations if you choose. The app works offline after install because the full Qur'an by Sheikh As-Sudais is bundled inside.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Optional — only if you enable the "Verse of the Day" reminder. You can disable it anytime in system settings.
- WAKE_LOCK: To allow recitation playback to continue in background.
- SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: To deliver the daily verse reminder at the exact configured time.
The app does NOT request any privacy-sensitive permissions (location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, etc.).
5. Network connections
When using features that require internet, the app connects to these public servers:
quran.khaledahmed.net — Barmagly server for downloading translations and tafsirs. Does not collect any information about you.api.quran.com — Public source of Qur'an texts (open source).download.quranicaudio.com — Optional additional recitation downloads.raw.githubusercontent.com — For recitation timing files.
All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. The app sends no personal identifier with these requests.
6. Ads and tracking
The app contains no advertisements, no tracking libraries (such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.), and uses no advertising identifier.
7. Children
The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from any user, including children under 13, and we comply with the U.S. COPPA Act by virtue of not collecting any data at all.
8. Sharing data with third parties
We do not share any data with any third party because we do not collect data in the first place.
9. Your rights
Since all your data is on your device only, you can:
- Delete it directly from app settings (Storage cleanup) or by uninstalling
- Export your bookmarks as a JSON file via (Settings → Export & Import)
10. Updates to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. Material updates will appear with an updated date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
